We want you to be satisfied with your meditation tools from l'opus & meditation.

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging (where applicable).

How to start a return

1. Email jane@l-opus.com with your order number and reason.
2. Wait for return approval and instructions before shipping anything back.
3. Ship the item as instructed. Keep your tracking proof.

Non-returnable items

• Opened personal-care or hygiene-sensitive goods when sealed packaging has been broken (for health reasons)
• Custom, personalized, or clearly used/damaged-by-customer items
• Digital downloads or services, if offered

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless we sent the wrong or defective product.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
