This policy describes how l'opus & meditation ships orders placed at https://l-opus.com.

Where we ship

We currently offer shipping to the United States and European Union destinations configured in checkout. If your country does not appear at checkout, contact jane@l-opus.com before ordering.

Shipping rates

Eligible orders may qualify for free shipping as shown at checkout. Any shipping charge that applies will be calculated and displayed before you pay. Product pages that mention free shipping refer to the free-shipping methods enabled for supported regions when order conditions are met.

Processing & delivery times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated transit after dispatch is often about 1–5 business days for supported US/EU destinations, depending on carrier and destination. These are estimates, not guarantees.
Handmade or made-to-order items may need extra preparation time; we will note delays when known.

Tracking

When a tracking number is available, we send it to the email used at checkout.

Customs & duties

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees charged by your country. These are the buyer's responsibility unless we expressly state otherwise.

Wrong or incomplete address
