What is the L’OPUS Round Meditation Cushion?

It is a low, round seat for floor meditation such as zazen, breath practice or quiet sitting. The round shape lets you sit toward the front edge so your knees can settle toward the floor, while the cotton-linen cover stays breathable during longer sits. It also works as a tatami, bay-window or balcony seat.

Which size should I choose?

• 16″ (40 cm), $49: a compact seat for one person, easy to move between rooms; the widest color choice (all nine options).
